| Selling a house is stressful. Selling a house when you live states away and have a renter in your house is even more stressful. You can't be there to take care of the things that need to be taken care of; you can't be there to vet any vendors; you have no control over the showings; you have no control. At least that's it feels. But if you have a real estate agent like Jami Turner, rest assured, it will all get done and it will all get done superbly. Jami oversaw everything for us. She created such a good relationship with our tenants and she was able finagle a last minute showing for the couple who ultimately bought our house.
